Bangkok Economics Essay Competition

The aim of the competition is to promote creativity of thought, through the development of research skills, academic essay writing and general scholarship.

Pupils create concise, well researched and independently written essays. These are produced by Sixth Form students from International Schools around the world. They are then submitted for short listing and judging by special guest judges, who are leaders within their respective fields.

It is an opportunity for aspiring Economists to enquire into a subject without the constraints of an examination rubric, allowing participants to explore Economic issues and possible solutions within their own field of influence.

We look forward to hearing from any International School that would like to take part this year. If you do have any further questions or queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch using the website’s “Contact Us” link.

Let the competition commence!
