The Job Alike Workshop was created as a format to allow groups of like-minded professionals to create opportunities for CPD that relies on the skills and knowledge of the delegates themselves rather than relying on expensive key-note speakers.

We would like to invite all Heads of Year, Heads of department, subject leaders and other responsibility holders to join us in Beijing, for Job alike Workshops on the subject of Middle leadership. This JaWs is aimed at primary or secondary colleagues who would like to share good practice and discuss new ideas. The agenda will be decided based on delegate feedback. Topics might include areas such as Team Building, implementing & Managing systems and Coaching & Mentoring. We might also consider how we can handle all these leadership responsibilities whilst simultaneously working in the classroom.

Costs will include transport between hotel and school and lunches.
