The Bangkok Teachers Network, in association with Bangkok Prep and the International School Eastern Seaboard, presents an Assessment for Learning Conference, part of the BTN’s Saturday Session series.

We are currently looking for volunteers to lead workshops and to host job‐alike discussions.
Presenters will be entitled to attend the conference free of charge. For each session leader, schools will be guaranteed five places for additional conference delegates. Any further places will be allocated on a first‐come, first‐served basis.
Workshops will be scheduled to last 45 minutes. Presenters will have access to computers and interactive whiteboards along with any stationery required. Collaborative presentations are welcome, along with offers of longer workshops split into two parts.

BTN Saturday Session: Early Years – 7th February 2015, St Andrews, Dusit

Dear All,
The first BTN Saturday Session will have an Early Years focus and is open to all teachers and teaching assistants interested in this phase of school.

Date: Saturday 7th February 2015
Time: 9am – 2.30pm
Location: St. Andrews International School Dusit Campus (www.standrewsdusit.com)

There will be a wide range of workshops to enjoy and opportunities to network with staff from other schools. Confirmed Workshops include:
• Speech and Language in Early Years
• Ipads, apps and activities for early learners
• Using ICT in Early Years
• Music activities in Early Years
• Yoga with early learners
• Enhancing Continuous Provision
• Storytelling in Early Years

Cost: 1000 Thai Baht (including drinks and snacks throughout the day, lunch, and drinks at an in-school social after the workshops have finished)

We are currently looking for more teachers to run workshops. If you are able to do so please
contact Alistair (alistair.do@standrews.ac.th) by Friday 19th December. All staff members who
volunteer will receive free entry to the entire Saturday Session.
