It is very clear and amazing to see how Bradbury has portrayed the future in this book. However, the future is not anything better and in fact, it is just burning books which has and adds to the dark theme to the book. The fact that people have seashell shaped earphones make it sound really cool. As I was reading the book I had sudden realization of something. What if the world today was like the world in Fahrenheit 451? Would I be coward and hide somewhere safe and keep some of my books or would I turn into a fireman and burn books for the satisfaction and law. It is a hard question because for now I would choose to be a coward and hide but if something like that really happened then it would be a shame to burn books along with the society because there is no way out of it. To think that one day I will have to burn books whether or not I like it, gives me the shivers.
