Earlier this week 4BC learned how to use a protractor to measure angles. At the start of the lesson, children had to use their bodies to make angles that were bigger or smaller than a right angle. It was great fun with lots of super learning!

In Maths this week the children have been using their knowledge of place value to double 2 and 3 digit numbers in their head. To ensure the learning was great fun, children worked with a partner to solve a doubling numbers challenge. This required determination,perseverance and great team work aswell as super doubling skills!
In Maths this week the children made cubes and cuboids using nets which they drew themselves. The shapes were wrapped in foil and attached together to create Iron Men.
