A massive well done, to every swimmer who swam 100m butterfly last night, there were some superb performances on what was a very hot evening. Now that your first attempt has been successfully mastered I look forward to watching you improve and begin to tackle 200m fly!
Many, many of you now have a time recorded for all strokes and all distances, this is a superb starting point for the next year.
